Our mission is to support the success of underprivileged Black Americans from elementary school through college, enabling them to achieve certifications, advanced degrees, careers, and leadership roles in STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics) as well as Health & Wellness initiatives
Our STEAM program integrates the disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math to foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Courses include:
Robotics where students explore the basics of design, programming, and operation of robots. Digital Art and Design Mathematical Modeling emphasizes the application of mathematical concepts to solve real-world problems. Engineering Principles Students are introduced to fundamental engineering concepts and engage in hands-on projects to apply their knowledge.
Health & Wellness: Our Health & Wellness program is designed to promote a holistic approach to student well-being. Courses include: Nutrition and Healthy Eating. Students learn about balanced diets, the importance of nutrients, and how to make healthy food choices. Physical Education: A variety of sports and physical activities are offered to encourage fitness and teamwork. Mental Health Awareness: This course focuses on understanding mental health, stress management techniques, and the importance of emotional well-being.
